We experimented with NFL, NBA, and MLB schedules ingesting the game data into Outlook and Google Calendar Clients to visualize the schedules.

This process proved manageable for the MLB -2430 games, NBA- 1120, NFL -272 for validating the data.

In this scenario, Mandy the Organizer loads all the NFL data onto her Google Calendar Client and sends those events to create@calendarsnack.com.

The InBound process loads the data automatically into the calendar invite server for display and review on the dashboards.

• Decision Logic for Updates: If a customer responds "yes" or "maybe" to the initial invitation, an updated invitation is sent.

• If a customer "has not responded or has said no, obviously, we're not going to update the calendar invitation already sent to them."

• New calendar receipts are requested and collected for updated invites.

• "The event data is kept but tagged as canceled, and no events can be sent obviously after that."
