How to generate and Insert an RSVP Button into your Mail Chimp Email Template

This is a review of current mechanics outlined step by step.

Step 1 - Get a Calendarsnack. Use your calendar client. Copy us at create@calendarsnack.com. In 10 seconds, you will get the calendarsack notification.

Click through the notification and get the Copy Code for MailChimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, or Converkit.

Copy the code into your email marketing Template like MailChimp.

The code includes the Pre Built Landing Page that notifies the user the Calendar Invite is en route to them.

As an option, you can test with the MailChimp Template to confirm you are suitable before final sending.

The final Workflow looks like this. Click the RSVP Button in MailChimp. The RSVP Button communicates with our API gateway, retrieves the UID for that event in AWS, and sends a uniquely crafted Calendar Invitation for you. We track the Calendar Invitation communications for you with your customer, and the Calendar receipt data is stored for your retrieval.

Now here is the part that seems like magic.

When you use your Calendar Client that created the event using create@calendarsnack.com, that UID is now registered. That means you can use the BUILT IN, UPDATE functions on your calendar client to interact with customers who have said YES to your event.

So that you know, no logins are required.
